Christopher Stout has been a multifamily real estate investor for over a decade and is a master operator. With over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry, he oversees all construction projects within the portfolio and is a ruthless asset manager. He has taken impossible projects from start to finish and is extremely well versed in zoning and asset repositioning.


Chris truly enjoys bringing dead-end projects that have otherwise been viewed as unbuildable to fruition. In his tenure in asset management, he has been a master at driving income up while minimizing expenses. Chris is also very well versed in project underwriting and return projections.
