We are Tampa based and do fix and flips, turnkey, wholesale, novation, rentals and new construction all over Florida. But we also flip and hold apartments in multiple states. We run a private equity fund that deploys money from overseas.
We have our own construction team, brokerage, hard money lending division and are in the process of starting our own title company and expanding our international fund.
